Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to rename or delete an agent in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, one of the following errors is returned.

This has been identified with Google Chrome 74.0.3729.169 or above and Microsoft Edge 44.17763.771.0.

Renaming:

Sax parser returned an exception. Message: The attribute 'xmlns' is already
used in element 'moveIBot', Entity publicId: , Entity systemId: , Line
number: 1, Column number: 127

Deleting:

Sax parser returned an exception. Message: The attribute 'xmlns' is already
used in element 'deleteIBot', Entity publicId: , Entity systemId: , Line
number: 1, Column number: 129
