Participant accepts the Plan Document notification and get the error message :
The response message is not from the original account to which notification had been sent. Actionable notifications should be responded from the same account to which it had been sent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign compensation plan to participant
2. Submit plan document for approval
3. User accepts the plan document and get the error
