On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

For an existing custom Fixed Choice List (FCL) field on Opportunity - Revenue, when the display sequence is changed or any Lookup Value is is enabled / disabled, this changes are not reflecting on UI.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The changes done to FCL should be reflected in UI as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a FCL field on Opportunity - Revenue
2. Change lookup value or change sequence
3. These changes are not reflected in UI
