On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Webservice
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TransactionTypeName-not populating in UI after updating it using WS.
They are passing transaction type in header WS for Update Contract WS, but not populating in UI.
The payload response is showing the values is saved and doing a GET for that contract,shows the value saved for the attribute inside the GET response.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To see the value populated in UI as it is added in WS
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit Contract>Billing
2. TransactionTypeName> not visible
3. in GET Contract>>it is shown the value
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see populated the value in UI
