How do Effective Date, Creation Date, Last Update, and System Date (sysdate) work in different time zones for HCM Extracts when the Universal Time Code (UTC) is set?
If data is entered at 5:01 pm PST on a Thursday and the User setting is also PST, will this transaction be selected by HCM Extract using a custom Business Intelligence (BI) data model using a Thursday date selection?
Will the transaction be stored as Friday due to UTC being 12:01 am?
