Commission Missing For New Plan Components Added to the Compensation Plan (Doc ID 2546001.1)

Symptoms

After manually re-creating the compensation plan that worked in TEST environment in Production, submit "Run All Transactions Processes".
This jobset submitted the Deploy Compensation Plan then Calculation.
After Calculation completed this morning, review the results and see that there were no commission calculated for these new plan components "Agente 360%"


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create compensation plan 'Plan Concursos e Incentivos'
2. Create plan components and add to comp plan
3. Run All Transaction Processes
4. Review commission
