PROBLEM STATEMENT

During item import using FBDI, Item assignment to child org fails with error
ITEM(REF_ORG) :
ITEM, ORGANIZATION_ID - Item data provided for the items in the reference organization REF_ORG_ID was ignored.
ITEM1(REF_ORG) :
ITEM1, ORGANIZATION_ID - Item assignment to reference organization REF_ORG_ID has failed because the item ITEM1 is not assigned to the definition organization DEF_ORG_ID.
ITEM, ORGANIZATION_ID - Item data provided for the items in the reference organization REF_ORG_ID was ignored.
ITEM1(REF_ORG) :
ITEM1, ORGANIZATION_ID - Item assignment to reference organization REF_ORG_ID has failed because the item ITEM1 is not assigned to the definition organization DEF_ORG_ID.
Child org is a reference org and the definition org is the master itself. and it ha been verified that item is assigned to definition org.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create item in master using FBDi
2. Assign item to child using FBDI
