Symptoms

When trying to Access Approval Notification From Worklist Notification is Blank
Note: This is for Customers who Recently upgraded to 19B and it works fine for email notifications

Expected Behavior:
Expect the Notification is displayed and Approver can take Action

What is working:
Approvals from Email Notifications (Outlook or Thunderbird) are working

Steps:

1. After Upgrade to 19B
2. Login into Fusion Applications
3. Create Requisition and Submit for Approval
4. Approver Logs into Application
5. Navigates to > Tools > Worklist
6. Open a Notification to take action
7. Blank Screen Appears
