Symptoms

 When logging into HCM Cloud (as an employee who has been granted a particular custom employee role) and going into "Personal Information" a blank screen is displayed.  For example:

In this particular example, the custom employee role is a copy of the seeded employee role.  When granting the seeded employee role to the user the problem does not occur.
