User Cannot Add Files When Added to User Group. (Doc ID 2546435.1)

Group membership / permissions issue: When attempting to add files on the web to QA/QC issues, the following error occurs:

Note: In Project Team > User Groups - user was added to the a group.
For Files permission - user had the permission to add files, add folders, and Download Files.
Upon removing user from the User Group and adding user individually to the Project (in Security with the same file permissions), user was able to add files and did not get the error message.

Unable to Load Data
An unknown error has occurred.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs into Prime
2. User goes to the issue
3. User clicks on the Add button and tries to add a file from local computer
4. User receives error

The issue has the following business impact:
File permissions do not seem to be working correctly.
