ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Benefits group defined for a particular legal employer can be attached to any employee, regardless of the the legal employer for those employees.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should not be allowed to attach a benefit group to an EE that is not assigned to the legal employer that the benefit group is assigned to
