Goal
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub
The requirement was to update an attribute at party site level using import maps with site number attribute present in the import file resulted in creation of new party site OSRs in the reference table. Below were the questions raised.
1) Why are these OSRs created?
2) How to de-activate these new OSRs created by this import ?
3) What is the correct attribute to use to avoid creation of new party site OSRs in the reference table?
