Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Service Contract

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Auto approval rule is configured for contract but the status remain in "Pending approval"

When submitting a service contract for approval, it is not getting approved. The status remain in "Pending approval".
Auto approval rule is configured for Service contract (please see attachment).

Please resolve this as soon as possible because this is a Production instance and our Billing system is stopped due to this issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The contracts to be auto approved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract>sent contract to approval
2. contract is remaining in pending approval.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve the contracts
