When working with radial put away method on the Put away Priority, WMS Cloud is not accepting segments that are zero padded.

For Example, if we are using the segments like Area: 300-Aisle: 003- Bay:01- Level: 03, the put away priority just do not respect the radial allocation, but if we are working with Area: 300-Aisle: 003- Bay:1- Level: 3, the radial allocation is working as expected.
