Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers

When attempting to open period,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error in Essbase APIs

PERF0005: Oracle error detected in function glooap() - ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Accounting-> Period Close
2. Open the required period
