Transaction Status Tracker Shows Incorrect Status - Partial Paid Though It Is Fully Paid (Doc ID 2547410.1)

Symptoms

Status Tracker On the Invoice shows incorrect status, as Partially Paid though the invoice has been fully paid by a Receipt with Discount and is closed with 0.00 balance on it.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Receivables>Billing
Create Invoice with Payment terms that is setup with Discounts

Create a Receipt and apply to the invoice

Go to Manage Transaction
Search Inv1
Click on Status: "Complete" (Highlighted)
This shows Status Tracker however
Paid = Partially Paid

Paid status should show "Fully Paid"
