Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Data Load
When loading elements entries using HDL for seeded element Gratuity Accrual Initiator, the following error occurs.
ERROR
The values XXXXXXXX,Gratuity Accrual Initiator are not valid for the attribute ElementTypeId.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Click Navigator > Data Exchange work area > Import and Load Data
3. Upload the DAT file.
