Goal

When updating existing Person Benefit Balance via attached HSDL Commission Benefit Balance Spreadsheet Template, the existing record gets end dated, and a new record begins. User is able to update the existing records within UI without issues.

User would like the spreadsheet to mimic the updates which are made within the UI.
