Fusion Absence Management: 19B Responsive UI - Manager Self Service Balance from Add Absence and Absence Balance page is Different From Admin UI (Doc ID 2547987.1)

Goal

Absence Type balance value on Manager Self Service is different from Admin UI Plan balance

After the May 24 patch, the Absence UI changed:
Manager Responsive UI - in Add Absence page - the value of Absence type Balance is : Annual accrual hours reduce taken hours.
But if Admin user check holiday plan balance on Manage Absence Record page, the balance value is also to be reduced requested hours.

The balance in two UI are different, that will confuse our user.
