On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receipts
All refunded receipts appear as ‘applied’ in ‘manage receipts’.
If a receipt has been refunded, it still shows up in the applied state on the dashboard.
User wants to know if the status can be updated to Refund, once the refund is initiated on a receipt.
