Goal

Only one Approve/ Reject button is appearing in the Goal Approval notification, even though there are multiple goal changes in the notification.

We have moved to mobile responsive UI . Earlier when employee is submitting multiple changes in goals for approval, then line manager has the option to approve/ reject each of the changes.
But now only single approve/ reject button is coming to approve all the changes.
