Disable State Transit Tax for Oregon

Employee is set as Work from Home with a Oregon (OR) home address. State Level withholding Certificate has the default values.

When Payroll is run, along with the State Income Tax for CO, the State Transit Tax for CO is also being deducted.

We want to stop State Transit Tax from being withheld? Is there a way to turn off the seeded State Transit Tax?
