Symptoms

When attempting to run the payroll process, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 12345.
There is no suspense account applicable for this employee.
FLEX-VALUE IS DISABLED {VALUE}=51101212.
Invalid code combination:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the payroll process.
2. See the error message.
