Problem Description:

Show or Hide Regions rules are configured using HCM Experience Design Studio, but they are not reflecting in the user interface (UI).

Examples:

A rule was configured to hide the Work Requirements section from ALL users; this section is still displayed.
A rule was configured to hide several sections for Create Job Requisition for the Hiring Manager role; those sections still display to Hiring Managers
