P6 Professional Client Timeout Occurs in Oracle Cloud 15 - 20 Minutes After Login

When attempting to work within P6 Professional, the following error occurs:
TCVirtualTable.ExistInDB: table =(User Session), sql=(), Exception = (Stream read error).
Your user session has expired. Please talk to your administrator about changing your timeout settings.
You have lost the access to database. Please restart the application.
The issue can NOT be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional client from Oracle cloud
2. Use P6 for 15 - 20 minutes and observe the reported error.
