Key Generation Process Is Not Getting Successful For Account

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub
You created new rule and tried to rebuild keys for Account environment. It went to unsuccessful multiple times.
Match configuration for which key generation failed is : xxxx
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup matching keys / change existing matching keys i.e. xxxx
2. For the changed matching keys xxxx, click on Rebuild Keys => process is triggered ( xxxx )
3. Monitor the process id xxxxx that was getting kicked => it ends in unsuccessful status.
Business cannot make change to existing keys setup for matching which delay the process for identifying and merging duplicate records and affecting go live of configuration changes
