 Getting error while updating the address for a US employee:

"The Vertex code is missing for the home or work address. Check that the geocode exists for this location. (HRX-1560253).

The regional component creation could not be completed."

The values are available in the drop-down for City and zip-code both.
Followed the oracle notes and confirmed the setup is also completed already.
Also attaching the document sharing the details of what is being added as address and the details of the vertex related error.
