[ACCS] How to Remove Applications that Fail Deployment (Doc ID 2549235.1)

Goal

When deploying an application to Application Container Cloud Service (ACCS) fails,  the log indicates that the application creation succeeded and an email notification that announces the new instance creation is sent.  However, the application is not listed in the front page, and therefore, it cannot be removed.

Redeploying a fixed application requires you to provide a new name for every attempt, otherwise you receive the following error:


How can you remove applications that fail deployment and are not listed in the front page without having to use a new name with every attempt?
