In Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Content Is Missing In The Reconciliations Tab And An Error Message Appears Upon Searching: "Exception NullPointerException has occurred..." (Doc ID 2549285.1)

You are able to view reconciliations in the Worklist tab, but they do not display on the Reconciliations tab. Clearing filters and browser files/cache has no impact. Searching for a reconciliation causes an error: "Exception NullPointerException has occurred in oracle.jbo.server.querycollection.findunpostedrows".

Other users are not experiencing the problem.
