Document Purpose:

The process outlined below will guide users through collecting a Finest Log, which will assist Support in narrowing down the cause of an issue.


This process is only applicable to errors within the Fusion user interface; it is not applicable to errors in Reports and Analytics (OTBI or BI Publisher)
