Symptoms

On : 18 version, Core Product Functionality

Waive failed allocation, raising the following error:

19-05-22 23:51:30,312 DEBUG xxxxxx - (d751e576-ebc1-48a4-b6e6-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
- Exception in wave: get() returned more than one BatchNumber -- it returned 2!

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud
2. Navigation Path: UI (User Interface) Wave > Wave xxx
3. Orders > Order number Xxxx
