Cannot Reset Password On Analytics Or BI Publisher Sites (Doc ID 2549418.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use "Forgot password" feature for BI Pub integration, the following error occurs.

ERROR

All questions answered correctly, password reset, but when i click the return to login button, `i get to this page: http://primavera-et-idm.oracleindustry.com:443/identity/faces/home and the message is
"This page isn’t working primavera-et-idm.oracleindustry.com didn’t send any data.  ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

STEPS

  1. Attempt to access primavera-et-common.oracleindustry.com/analytics
  2. Using the forgot password link
  3. Entered the details and received error message above.
