Goal

How to have two item descriptions one for all users and other only for manufacturing engineers?

Is it possible to have two item descriptions, with one of them that can be used by all the users and reports and the second one that must be used/accessed only by manufacturing engineers in the user interface?

This is for a manufacturing company that has secret recipes, and because of that they want to use two descriptions, one of them with restricted access.
