Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

When attempting to import Accounting Transactions using UCM, the following error occurs.

ExecutionBizErrorException:Application short name XYZ is invalid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Accounting Transactions.
