Unable To Check The Enabled Box In Task Manage Configuration Tax Owner Options

Using Oracle Fusion Tax Cloud. On page: Manage Configuration Owner Tax Options, there are inconsistencies on the page regarding the "Enabled" column as the entry appears as inactivated when it is activated on the back-end.
Expecting to be able to setup correctly the tax entries.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- On Navigator.
- Go to Setup and Maintenance.
- Query by Task: Manage Configuration Owner Tax Options.
- Query the Tax entries.
- Review the entries and those appear as disabled and observed on the back-end are enabled.
