On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receipts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to get Input source(LOV) in Mapping set creation step after Upgrade (18C to 19A). This was for application of Receipt Accounitng, Event class Deliver to Inventory


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Creating new mapping set auto fills in value set and able to create new mapping set

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Manage mapping set>Create new mapping set(Receipt Accounting is Application, Event class is Deliver to Inventory),
Click Select and Add new import source
Search parameters: Receipt Accounting, Source: product category
The Value Set(CST_XLA_EGP_CATEGORIES_VS), There may be warning saying value set is not associated, proceed by clicking Yes

You may have to set Chart of accounts before you proceed with input source

When you reach Input sources line, The LOV not showing any values
