OTBI Report Filter Values are not changing into Turkish Language from English (Doc ID 2549787.1)

Goal

Custom OTBI report using  Workforce Management - Worker Assigment Event Real Time. Related column is HR action -> Action Name.
While we filtered HR action -> Action Name then values are shown correctly when logged in English language. However while access the same in Turkish language then system doesn't translate the filter values into Turkish Language.
