Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to Change Resignation Date,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The termination date must be later than or equal to the current date. (PER-1531785)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.change resignation date with a past date
2. error occurs
