Unable To Associate Contract With BillPlan In CreateContract SOAP Service (Doc ID 2549827.1)

Goal


Issue-Trying to create contract with bill plan and it is working fine(attached working payload- WorkingPayloadExceptBillPlanMapAtLineLevel.xml) but when I pass BillPlan at line level, I am getting error. (attached not working payload- NotWorkingPayloadBillPlanMapAtLineLevel.xml).


Error: JBO-25072: Applying List binding LOV_BillPlan with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :ContractHeaderEO_ContractAllLine_ContractHeaderVOToContractAllLineVO_ContractAllLineVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[300000264147775 ]
