Work Schedule Assigns Incorrect Duration To Absences (Doc ID 2549838.1)

Goal

We have two scenarios where absences are given the incorrect duration. The scenarios are 2 but both with he same Work Schedule.
The schedule is defined for the employee to work Monday to Saturday 9pm to 3am (6 hours)

Scenario 1 :

Enter vacation type of absence for Friday alone (9pm to 3am) and when doing so the duration shows as 1.5 days


Scenario 2 :

If the following day is a public holiday as defined in the schedule and I enter a one day vacation type of absence the duration is calculated to 0.9
