ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BatchRunPlans Jobs did not recover after scheduled maintenance

BatchRunPlan jobs did not come back from scheduled maintenance event. The morning run failed in a paused state, whereas the evening run continued to submit, but fails in error each time.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BatchRunPlan job should continue after maintenance is performed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up BatchRunPlan job to run on a schedule.
2. After maintenance, check status for BatchRunPlan job.
3. Observe job does not complete (or cancel successfully).
