Fusion Global Payroll : Why Address Style On License Setting Page Is Changed After Every Upgrade ? (Doc ID 2550224.1)

We noticed that Address Style is changing from "Supplemental Taxation and Reporting Address" to " Postal Address " on every upgrade for US Payroll extension. And we need to reset it manually.
This value is getting changed without our intervention after every upgrade. What could be the reason for the change?
