Reverse Charge Sales Listing Report for UK doesn't show data

1. Enable Reverse Charge at Party Tax Profile
2. Setup Tax Reporting Type Code for Reverse Charge
3. Attach the Tax Reporting Type Code to Tax Rate
4. Enter AR Invoice using the Tax Rate
5. Post AR Invoice to GL
6. Run Select Transactions for Tax Reporting
7. Run Reverse Charge Sales Listing Report for UK and no data is shown in the report.
