Symptoms



GTM Trade transaction is not picking the exchange rates created through CSV files.
If the exchange rates are defined manually in the system, it is picking it successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Currency and Exchange Rate
2. Upload the latest rate via CSV
3. Create a GTM transaction and check the values
4. CSV Values are not depicted
