Transfer Payments Information To Cash Management NOt Picking Any Records

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Payroll
We ran few quickpays on 13 May 2019 for the following staff and then process the regular payroll on 24 May 2019 including below staff regular salaries. Now I want only to transfer 13 May 19 QPs to cash management but when I am running Transfer Payments Information to Cash Management process with end date 13 May 19, it not picking any staff whereas when I process Transfer Payments Information to Cash Management with end date 31 May 19 then it is picking all staff including 24 May processed which I do not want.
I need to pick only 13 May QPs in Transfer Payments Information to Cash Management.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Make EFT payments process, with a payment date of May 26
2. Submit the Transfer Payments Information to Cash Management , with end date: 13 May 2019
3. No records are picked up.
