Symptoms

When a user is playing a SCORM course video in the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter, the user cannot move forward or backward in the course by using the Progress Bar. Either nothing happens or the video will restart.

NOTE: The Progress Bar may also be known as:

ProgressBar
SeekBar or Seek Bar
Slider
