Blank/White Screen Appears in P6 Web After Selecting the 'Do Not Show Again' Option at Login (Doc ID 2550662.1)

Blank white screens appear in the P6 Web application views and data does not load only after selecting the "Do Not Show Again" button. This is primarily occurs in a SSO/SAML environment for P6 Web.


The screens should load and display data using SSO and selecting the "Do Not Show Again" button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Browse to the P6 Web login page, check the box next to Do Not Show Again, and login.
  2. Click the username in the top-right corner and select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  3. Observe the reported error.
