RESTFUL API Service Call Generates a Workflow Error When the 'Additional conditions to filter CC users', 'Preassigned', and 'Allow add CC' Options Are Checked (Doc ID 2550821.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Workflow error is displayed when the Additional conditions to filter CC users, Preassigned, and Allow add CC settings are enabled/checked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The RESTFUL API service call should work correctly even when those settings are enabled/checked.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Primavera Unifier and set up the workflow schema.
  2. In a step under the Assignees section, enable the settings for Preassigned, Allow Add CC, and Additional conditions to filter CC users.
  3. Click Apply and then OK.
  4. Launch Soap UI or any other Soap UI/RESTFUL API application and run the RESTFUL API service call.
  5. Observe the reported issue.
