Custom Attribute Not Shown On The Form After Moved To Production Using FSM (Doc ID 2550865.1)

Symptoms

After successfully imported the Functional Setup from TEST to PRODUCTION instance, user is not able to see the custom attributes in Manage Transactions or Participant Details UI.  The attributes are also missing from the seeded BI subject area reports.

STEPS
1. Import FSM into production  ( See Export Setup Data Using Offering or Functional Area )
2. View the descriptive flexfield segments and able to see exists in production
   Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Incentive Descriptive Flexfields
   Flexfield Code : CN_TP_BASETRANS_DFF  and  CN_PARTICIPANT_DETAIL_DFF
3. Validate in Manage Transactions and Participant Details and do not see these attributes
