Goal

The requirement is for Journal, a Journal is submitted for approval to approver 'A' and when 'A' has been out for couple of hours i.e. probably for 5 Hours then after that timeframe if he doesn't approve the Journal then it has to be directed to approver 'B'.
So, need to check whether this option is feasible or not?
